It is not new to me. I have had a new Red Cap stalking me every year, at minimum, since the 2016 primaries. I have had 6 or 7 stalkers in the last 4 years or so on this website. Literally I do not even remember how many it is at this point. I would laugh if it didn't indicate the conditions of my fellow people

Sadly many people turned to the cult of Trump because they had little else going on. Rather than reflect on their lives, they decided to externalize their inner turmoil and deflect it onto external scapegoats. "MAGA" gave them an excuse for hating those scapegoats

Here is just one example from the MAGA board (before it was closed down). One of the users had been unemployed for years. They got a job, one that they bragged was the best they ever had. It was as a Wendy's cashier

They then went on to say that their job as a Wendy's cashier paid more than the wage of a Congressman. Congressmen get paid something like 170k per year

But that Congressman was not only a minority, but also a woman. The concept of that congresswoman making more than he did triggered him badly

In his mind, how could a female that is a minority make more than him?

It was the attachment to an identity, a white male, that made him feel superior to minorities AND women, let alone a woman who is also a minority. At least it was so in his mind

Think about how, after establishing your inner self as alt-right and above minorities and women, then learning a female, that is a minority, makes more money than you?

He went on to argue for a while. After I calculated his necessary hourly wage if he worked full-time, 80 hours per week and literally 24/7/365 he finally gave up his argument that a Wendy's cashier makes more than a Congresswoman

Think about the pride, and lack of mathematics, that let someone whose been out of work for years think they were making more as a Wendy's cashier than someone from Congress?

Even more so, imagine the best job of their life, after years of unemployment, is as a cashier... and then thinking that there is no need for a minimum wage, worker's rights, etc. Doesn't that imply that their own contributions to society are nearly worthless?

I remember this too, I saw it at the MAGA board. Its shadow, kiltons friend who said that.

he went on to explain that a special overtime formula enabled him to out-earn AOC, haha.

he totally felt a woman shouldnt earn more than him lol.
