Just stand on the side of the road for a while and eventually a twenty-car pileup will happen on its own. It was kind of fun how taped together it was too. A lot of people got a ton of enjoyment out of Blue Hell. I personally passed the Vigilante missions by abusing the way interiors work. Someone was doing a jump off the mountain outside Las Venturas.
