Topic	My therapist thinks I may have ADD

I eventually got off Vyvanse though and relied more on routines and systems to help keep me on track and from feeling overwhelmed when things get busy. It's weird how you think of it one way, but it never really occurred to me that I could actually have ADHD until I started really reading about how it presents in adults and how the hyperactivity is like a kid being hyper and bouncing off the damn walls. <cite>hockey7318 posted [p:949782727] in My therapi...
