Nope. I've made a lot of progress in some areas, particularly fat loss, but I still have a bit of a ways to go.

I'm at 215-220 but would like to see what I look like at 180, which is the upper limit for my height and body type. It will probably the lowest I can get but I'll have to decide what to do once I get there because each milestone has not at all looked like I thought it would, so I have no solid goal anymore.

I also have to work on body comp to mitigate the loose skin best I can because I mostly look like a saggy bag and really need to fill out my musculature, especially in the upper body.

Finally, I'll require surgery down the line to remove the loose skin. I'll need to have my apron/spare tire area removed, breast reduction, tummy tuck, butt lift, thigh and upper arm reduction, and maybe a face lift or something like that because my neck is getting a little too jiggly. I will have a bunch of scarring but I don't mind that. I'd rather look like a Frankenstein than what I would without it.

Aside from the health improvement of getting to a normal BMI, these are mostly aesthetic concerns, which also includes potentially seeking hair restoration and tanning, as well as having my PPP lasered off.

Strictly about health, I have some congenital spine, hip, knee, ankle, and feet issues that will require physical therapy, and potentially surgery, especially as I become more active. I would also like to get my scalp folliculitis resolved and maybe laser eye correction.

I originally planned to have most of this done by the time I'm 35 (2023) but COVID-19 really fucked that up, so now I'll just do what I can.
