The price has never quite gotten low enough to where I would have been willing to buy it, although at several times I've been quite tempted to get in. The big jump recently is from them agreeing to pay a fine to the SEC, which is a sign they do intend to get back on track. If they were going the route of taking all the investors' money and running, they wouldn't bother paying the SEC.
