The article is basically saying that refugees who are rejected are more prone to violence. Sounds like Biden's citizenship plan reduces the circumstances in which that would happen. What are your thoughts on what I said about all people being prone to violence, including our own people here at home. Why should we not give refugees amd immigrants a chance as we do our own people? Hell, there is even a chance for violence from traveller's abroad because it's impossible to know a person's background and mental health. I don't think this means we should shut down our borders and isolate from the rest of society.

That would require a form of vetting. They are also much better off staying in a safer neighboring country rather than migrating to a country that does not align with their culture or values.
