Topic	WYR: Get paid $1,000,000 to never deed again or paid $100 everytime you deed

It would take 54 years to get to $1m at that rate. However, once you hit that, then you'll be making more than the $1m you'd be getting by never deeding again. On the flipside, I'd be in my 80s by the time I hit 54 years, at which point who knows if deeding would still even work.
