I'd say it depends on what focus you want to have. 4pc Gladiator + Geo Dmg Cup is the most damage. An alternative version of this uses 4pc Bloodstained instead but you'll have to remember to use charged attacks. Lower single target damage but easier to grind. 4pc Retracing Bolide is an excellent hybrid option as well as the highest sub dps option. Basically as long as you can keep up a shield, Bolide essentially outdamages every other set in the game BUT Noelle's breastplate has a very high cooldown so it will be very hard to do in practice. But you can swap to her while her cooldowns are ready for massive damage. To use as a healer, just use maiden beloved but this is kind of a massive waste. Don't use: Petra, Noblesse, Lavawalker or Thundersoother. Claymore: Best overall option is The Unforged. Wolf Gravestone and Skyward Sword are the next best. Among 4*s use Whiteblind.
