I've already got some pretty sweet artifacts. I'm just not sure if I want to use Bolide or Petra + Noblesse. I have C2 Zhongli so between meteors, crystallize, and hold skill, I should be able to have 100% shield uptime but that only affects attack damage. Petra + Noblesse would be pretty good skill & burst damage at the expense of attacking damage.
