Metal Slug probably isn't completely terrible based on its one relevant poll appearance, so I assume something named identically to the franchise can harness enough of that strength to avoid LAW Fodder. I can't see Wigglytuff weighing in only one tier under the Smasher and early anime mainstay it evolves from. Perhaps we've just underranked Jigglypuff on the presumption that MMX didn't meaningfully SFF it, in which case I'm not even sure about two tiers. This would probably be different if I had any reason to believe this site truly cares about Mystery Dungeon.
