Well, I guess it was more like you joined him but the point still stands. All of CF was added late game development. Original story boarding had only three paths. So if CF feels underdeveloped that's because it kinda is and they had to go out of their way to make Rhea seem like the bad guy in the process. I wish the game let Jeralt live if you were doing CF as that would make the slitherers seem much more sympathetic and Jeralt himself is already intensely distrustful of Rhea.
