He's an active threat to all people. If he was carrying a weapon or had zipcuffs or something then sure. However I don't think we should be executing people if they were following the crowd basically. Arrest them, lock them up, give the felonies, take away their right to vote, sure but i think, if for nothing other than optics, we shouldn't kill the non-violent ones even if their espoused ideas may be violent.
