He even says at one point in the speech to go down to the Capitol and protest peacefully. I wonder if thatll hold up for him, since he never explicitly says to go down and invade the Capitol.

But he spend the rest of speech whipping the crowd into a frenzy, going on about the entire political system is setup to cheat them, corruption stole the election, fake news, weak Republicans who wont join them, etc.

It would be like telling someone who had a faithful wife with absolutely no wrong doing that Shes been cheating on you, heres the guy she cheated with, he ruined your life, he is gonna make you broke in the divorce, your kids have been lied to and will never see you again, you have nothing to live for.
