| Lightning Strikes 01/18/21 6:57:19 AM #137: | Starcraft II, ME2, and Civ V as well! Id say the Dead Space 2 response has been largely positive from what Ive read? It doesnt seem to be to do with Western AAA. I think the games that havent landed, aside from maybe Red Dead, are just products of their time. Halo Reach and Blops have aged. Heavy Rain was always very poorly written and acted, it just coasted on novelty until it got obsoleted by the likes of The Walking Dead and Life is Strange which are actually good. I think in 2010 in particular we see a lot of games that feel old, because not only are they, but they are carrying on the traditions of the previous decade as well.
