They basically said: anything with excessive content, like repeating the same thing someone else said, is considered an attempt to spam its the same thing as getting modded for posting in all caps, or trying to make a topic in all caps (using a lower case l as a capital I always works). They will mod you and say its spamming --- "Full story later.
