FF7 & FF7 Remake spoilers for my really-out-there prediction:
HD Remaster of Crisis Core AND Parallel-universe hinted at at end of 7R where Zack survives and Cloud remains catatonic. Zack going through events of FF7 in Cloud's place; reuses all 7R character/location properties so minimal "new" investment needed (definitely voice acting, maybe some cutscenes but you could swap Zack for Cloud in most?) but they could still charge $80 for this And it would be a proper Kingdom Hearts-esque spinoff that will tie into Remake Pt 2
