But there was a sudden POP while it was cooking, and when I turned the oven-light on, the sheet had warped. It went back afterwards, but that did startle me. Anywho, I put a lot of these dishes in my calendar (goes up until March so far, and I haven't even finished entering everything!). I have chicken katsu curry this week. I couldn't get the golden brown on the chicken last time, but I read a tip about putting the panko bread crumbs in the toaster oven for a bit before coating.
