The ad implies it's illegal. Driving an illegal car would get you in a load of trouble (on top of the download crime you'd be driving uninsured and unregistered), and assuming it was a widespread phenomenon there'd be cops who's sole job is to sit on corners and run plates to catch them. That's assuming you get away with the download anyways, ISPs can track this stuff and while you might just get a stern letter in response to pirating digital media I'd expect a harder crackdown on car downloads.
