Basic gameplay is just hockey with tons of fighting and blood. You can choose thin, medium and fat players. What really makes this is the story mode that adds permanent injuries and even death. When a player dies you are shorthanded the rest of the game, so there is a ton of bonus to being as aggressive as possible. I had a player die from a dislocated toe thanks to the RNG.
