Topic	Got any recipe suggestions for me, PotD?

I found a recipe here: "Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze Recipe \| Allrecipes" https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/180764/salmon-with-brown-sugar-glaze/ Lesson learned: use the equipment they tell you to. I need a broiling pan apparently. It was super simple otherwise. The salmon broke when I transferred it to my plate.
