I've got a better idea. The Democrats should spend the first year of Biden's term trying to negotiate with Republicans. When this leads to nothing getting done, change the rules to make it easier to do stuff without them. Finally, spend the second year of Biden's term doing nothing because election year, then be shocked when the GOP takes both houses of Congress. Wait, did I say "better"?
