One of the best burgers I've ever had was ground pork. The worst I think I've had was ground salmon, it tasted fishy (and I usually love grilled salmon).

I make a really good meatloaf burger. You put ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated cheese into a large bowl and mix it all together with your bear hands. If you don't have bear hands, use your bare hands. Form them into patties and toss them on the grill.
