This is almost like some PSO2 music... at least until the Pillarmen vocals 2 minutes in (which I'm not at all a fan of this autotune sounds fucking atrocious), but then again, Floating Facility Night exists... Without those vocals, this would be 8 tier. Wow, this is probably the hardest torpedoing of a song since Butterfly's Invitation (going from 8 to Who Cares is a big jump). 2:27 kills any respect I had for this Who cares?.
