Oh a mini-game. Rebuttal showdown. Fun. I dont quite get the point of this one. It is sort of like a nonstop debate except I need to do this lame cutting minigame first. I never understood why Danganronpa diluted the gameplay with these. I have yet to meet a single person that liked them in the first game, and I doubt they get any better here.

Like I dont understand what Byakuya's plot was for after. Say the night was a success. Does he think the murderer was going to kill on that night and that night only? Was he a werewolf? The more I think about this the dumber Byakuya is. He gets an anonymous letter from someone saying a murder will occur, then takes Nagitos advice to have everyone gather at the musty old building and then lets him, the person who suggested the place, go into the place by himself with no supervision. Byakuya you were like ten times smarter than this last game. Thats like eight errors of judgment all combined into one.
I always pick the wrong answers in those pick four choices things just to see if someone says something funny ala Phoenix Wright, but not so much so far. However, when I accuse Nagito of being the Ultimate transporter, Teruteru says Of course! Then you obviously wear a red fundoshi! Is this a reference anyone understands? I feel like this is a Japan based reference and Im too ignorant to get it.
Ok accusing Nagito of being the Ultimate Babyface just to have everyone give Fuyuhiko a side eye look and him get mad was worth it. That was pretty good at least.
Mikan jumps in to stop everyone from committing mass accidental suicide via the Nagito deception. Truly she must be the ultimate nurse.
Nagito finally admits he is a FAILURE and cant even kill anyone right. Jeez. Even Leon figured out how to kill in the last game, and he was so incompetent he left his name written at the crime scene.
Mikan is absolutely killing it at this class trial. She brings up another point I didnt even think of: Nagito is clean. Byakuya exploded blood so really it is bizarre for there to be no blood on any one else in the dining hall. That should clearliterally all of them, all at once. Man, it wouldve been nice if they couldve worked this into a nonstop debate somehow instead of quizzing me on Byakuya being worried about the worrisome note.
I feel like a lot of the times the killers go through such insane lengths to set up a murder, like Teruteru did here, but the end result is literally only they couldve been the murderer because of three or four details the overlook. Next game someone should just straight up stab someone while walking somewhere and run away. I feel like that is much more difficult to solve than all these Rube Goldberg plots that end up failing miserably.
