Im kind of wishing now there is some point in every case where Nekomaru is called in to give his expertise on poop so he feels useful again.

I actually like the bathroom aside though. It shows some cleverness in implementing weird red herrings that the first game needed more of. Like I was suspecting Teruteru and thought maybe the bathroom had something to do with it, both of which are cleared up in early stages of the trial. Multiple false suspects are a good thing, imo.

The agree mechanic is really, really good. Now instead of having characters just tell me certain things ala the first game I actually have to find which ones are true on my own. Very nice addition so far.

I mean, the knife being hidden there is basically why I suspected Nagito in the first place, but I feel like the game kind of threw this in my lap and Im suspicious, dang it. Aw yeah Mikan with the rescue. I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WEIRD. My four top secondary suspects are all the ones that want to put the kabash on Nagito, too, which is a nice touch. If it winds up being one of the three of them, the way the game set up this section allows any of them to see like they could be the real killer here.

I feel like Chiaki and Mikan are basically saving everyone here. Theyre the surprise Kyokos! The whole stabbed under the floorboards things (wouldnt his stab wounds be like super linear right down a straight line then?) is something I figured out immediately but lame Hajime wouldnt say it for some reason.
