Topic	Can someone try to help me Identify this scene from a movie or show

Definitely someone with super strength) gets the last running guy by throwing something (a spray can? some kind of metal can? a tin can with food in it?) absurdly high in the air, then it knocks him out from a distance with a loud TINK sound.
