Bridge just happens to blow it out of the water no contest imo I mean it looks fun but it feels like it would take too long to memorize all of the rules without having to keep referring to some sort of guide. I can explain euchre to newcomers in about 5 minutes and they can have some sort of grasp what they're doing. Maybe it's not as complicated as it sounds when you start playing but the investment to have fun with bridge seems too high.
