I'm not putting a both option here as obviously we all want good health period. However if I had to choose I believe mental health is more important. Physical health can normally be fixed unless terminal but once mental health goes it's a lot harder to get back. That's if you even will.

With the current pandemic I go out for works still on a almost daily bases. While I am risking catching something that would be terrible for my physical health I believe not doing these walks will make my mental health worse. I also get exercise physically on these walks sure but it's more for my mental health.
