A better assumption would be she saw the first person who has a iPhone whipped out and thought it was hers for reasons. I don't believe race is relevant here at all. Nobody said anything about race save for the kids farther. Had this been a black woman and a Asian dad and son would you say this is racist? If not then you're proving my point that race has no relevance here.

A manager is not a fucking police officer. He had no right to intervene and enable this crazy womans behavior. He should have just called the police or security once it escalated to a conflict.

A manager, as the manger said will sort out any issues that may happen. If he can't then further actions can be taken. As the video cuts off I've no idea if the manager took further actions. Again this could be resolved easy enough. The woman could just phone her phone and/or the kid just show the phone. All this drama wasn't needed.
