None of the bloat that Stormlight and the Era 1 Mistborn books can get up to, and while Sanderson being overly indulgent can be fun at times it's often hit-or-miss. Yeah, I'm looking at you, Well of Ascension. Why the fuck is the Mistborn book where next to nothing happens the longest one?
