Like obviously you can't force her to quarantine, but should you go around telling other people that you three may possibly have been exposed to the virus? There can be a lot of social (and thus relationship) consequences, especially if you guys do have it and spread it to other people. If you can I would still quarantine or at the very least severely limit your contact with other people.
