Personally, I'd say you should prioritize not doing them, since the romance bond scenes are generally worse than the non-romance ones. Plus if you skip them, the later bonds with that character have the crappy romance parts cut out! Unfortunately there are some character notes stuck behind those damn heart bond scenes and boy are they a tad cringey to sit through.
