So the things that give me the most trouble in this fight is the perilous charge (but are you implying I can jump his hand?) and the goddamn fire whip. I can't track it well, so the first swipe almost always hits me, the second doesn't, and his giant windup that can hit almost over the whole fucking map has connected a few times. What's the solution? Obviously the fire umbrella, which I have definitely not used enough. I use it often in phase two when he does his fire blast. The fireballs are annoying as hell though, as they don't really start hard tracking you until they're relatively close.

So I fought him 11 times. 4 of those times, I got to phase 2. 1 of those times, I got to phase 3. I was actually able to get outside of his fire circle both times he used it, but I was eventually killed because after his first perilous charge, he comes back at you and I was absolutely unprepared. Got his health halfway down too, thought I was gonna be able to win.

This is essentially like a DS boss, but without giving you the dodge roll iframes. If I can figure out that whip though, and jump the charge, I might be okay. But gonna give in for the evening, as I'm tired, and I accomplished a fairly decent amount today already lol
