There used to be 100 story quests between the end of ARR and the start of Heavensward, but that's been cut down to like 80ish. If you aren't already, make sure you're doing Levelling Roulette every single day. It's a large chunk of experience for very little effort. Don't do this. It's totally unnecessary considering the XP you get from story quests.
