Wisconsin is ahead of Nebraska on this chart but on the worldometers total cases per million chart, Nebraska had actually overtaken it, not sure which chart is more accurate. Sturgis probably seeded a lot of their cases, but the really big thing is that SD's governor (Noem) is a lunatic who is against (I believe all?
