Are you so against corporations getting something that youd rather have everyone get nothing? That is worse IMO. They already gave corporations a bailout. A bigger one than they gave to the people in the first stimulus package. They want to give corporations the ability to not be sued if they dont make things safe for customers and employees if they get COVID at work. Thats fucked up and a complete non-starter. Itd be one thing if Republicans actually wanted to give money to small businesses that are all local and are dying but they want to help big business because thats who pays them. If they wanted to actually help the common man, theyd pass the CARES/HEROES Act (forget which one) thats been sitting on Mitchs desk for the entire fucking summer.
