Azumanga Daioh is pretty much one of the only semi-popular manga and anime that features almost exclusively women characters, and none of them are sexualised. I mean, you can have characters that are dressed non-sexually, but are drawn in a way that exudes a sexual aura about them. I never got that from any of the characters.
