Also I'm going to copypaste my response nobody probably saw because I posted it moments before the thread got deleted: I once used that abbreviation for that purpose on this board, back when I was naive enough not to think about the other meaning every time I heard it. FWIW I was having an actual conversation about my brother's cerebral palsy and not trying to make a shitty pedophilia joke though.
