Topic	Can someone explain to me how this will turn out with Trump neverever conceding?

But from what I'm seeing, Trump is just spamming lawsuits over and over right now alongside asking for recounts whereever possible. What happens then though? Can Trump just keep sending in an infinite number of never-ending lawsuits, relying on sheer luck he could get one through? And same for the recount. I just read he requested for yet ANOTHER recount. Is that even allowed? Are there no limits to these things? And what happens when it comes time for the electors to vote and they vote Biden and he's officially instated President?
