I'll still take it occasionally at rare but I really want it to be at least Epic before I go for it. Still pretty high up at that point, but it's just often a dud. And I agree that Greater Haste and Rush Delivery aren't great but they're such good in combination that I wouldn't rate them that poorly. Especially since I've been using Plume a lot more often. I dunno, I think you're right and these are just hard to rank. Generally I've found myself going for whatever gets me Greater Recall, so I definitely agree there. For one-off boons I'm a big fan of side hustle and attack speed almost always, so I'd probably rate the latter higher. --- I definitely did not forget to put the 2020 GOTD Guru winner, azuarc in my sig! ...
