Once you mentioned Who Framed Roger Rabbit was close and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I was reminded of the city in Dick Tracy for NES. I never understood how to play the game properly when I was younger and would just drive around the city and enter the random levels looking for the criminals to fight. I ended up selling the game at a garage sale when I was 12. I always regret selling my NES games. I had a lot of licensed games and sold these at the sale when I was trying to buy SNES games. Ya, Ninja Turtles is a game everyone should keep if they have it due to weirdness... There are like 4 versions of the game; 1 of them actually says Konami instead of Ultragames, and of the other 3 the differences are very subtle --- "Salt cures Everything!"
