there's a few differences to it but i'll agree with the general conclusion that it's concerning.

going 'gimme money for lawyers for the upcoming election,' is fucked up in one way and distinct from 'gimme money for ??? for the upcoming transition.' i mean that's fucked up but in a different way and just as tone deaf, though it comes from someone who pretends to care a little more. i'm also not sure what the money is supposed to be for either, like there's a mysterious void of "transition team."

my personal red flag on this is just who's donating, though that's somewhere behind me laughing at a glorified presidential kickstarter.
