dude they're people. There's only two ways you can disband a whole party.
Either sow discord within the party itself or uh...eliminate them....

edit: the former is actually the best way since the party loses its influence but also malicious.

the last way is unity, by bridging the party into a larger entity. This is unfortunately the hardest. Normally the only unity that happens is when there is a huge common goal in sight, like a threat of war unto the country itself or alien invasion or whatever
