Started my push-ups again, it's not very much but I'm glad I can still do ten after I'd stopped. I could never get past that though which was demotivating.
Thats awesome to see you starting again! If you are hitting a wall number-wise, slide something that weighs a pound or two or three on top of your lower back and try building from there. Thatll start making normal push-ups fly off the ground for you
