From what I gathered, there were a couple of streams where the chat was just constantly asking for Papamacchia to show up and it kinda stressed Hana out since she knows her dad is busy with real work and doesn't want to bother him too much, and her dad also doesn't want to take the spotlight away from her. Yeah I did hear about that as well which is unfortunate.
