In other news leg day killed me today. It took three leg days before that familiar "I'm gonna throw up" feeling hit. Oh how I've missed it. <_<

glad that you are getting some progress on it. That stuff is really painful, and discouraging with how it can linger sometimes. Whatd you hit for legs?
