Golfer's elbow. Same shit, different side of the elbow. Doing wrist curls and reverse wrist curls to help work on the forearm strength to help mitigate the issue. The brace also helps a ton.

In other news leg day killed me today. It took three leg days before that familiar "I'm gonna throw up" feeling hit. Oh how I've missed it. <_<
