| ChaosTonyV4 11/07/20 1:21:40 AM #16: | Instead of making a decision, they gave me a second interview with the head of the company. Basically, they acknowledged that I am technically undertrained and underexperienced for the position (it's actually insane, I would become the IT Director of the company when the current IT Director becomes CTO), but that the Director was so impressed with my assessment and he liked my personality so much that he wants me for the job.
