Yeah, in my opinion the biggest problem with FFT's plot is the fact that the Lucavi exist in the first place. I think it would've been better if it just removed its supernatural elements altogether and focused entirely on political machinations for its plot. I find the whole final encounter with Ajora pretty meaningless for the most part and agree that it's an anti-climax.

Delita is my favorite Final Fantasy character. I tend to like a more flawed, morally complex character and I think that's his main edge over Ramza. Delita's story is arguably about him being corrupted. In some ways he ends up resembling the same people he set out to fight. Neither of those characters would be as effective without the other though. The contrast in their methods is central to the story. Delita does achieve things that Ramza could never do because he isn't willing to get his hands dirty in the same way. I think it's especially interesting how they take such different paths despite initially being similar naive kids and being disillusioned by the same event: Teta's death.

And yes, in gameplay terms you did almost everything except the Deep Dungeon, which I also think is kind of lame.
