| Topic | I've never played a No More Heroes game before. Should I try them on Switch? |
| Noumas 11/02/20 5:39:30 AM #13: | I'll admit tc, all the sudden topics professing their love for these games has surprised me because I don't remember that much hype for them 10 years ago, they were always super niche. Anyway the games are ok. I played them on wii and liked them well enough. I'd give them a C. First one is pretty meta and some goofy humor I enjoyed, plus the hacking and slashing was fun, you can do special moves that are pretty gratifying to see. The ridiculous level of blood and over the top kills definitely makes you grin, the game 100% knows its being meta and mocking certain video game and story conventions. Second one is good too. If you can get both for cheap, then yeah why not. I'm one of those looking forward to 3 as well and seeing if they'll have any gameplay improvements ... Copied to Clipboard! |
